Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Beginning in 2026, we will actively enforce our late cancellation and no-show policy. This policy helps us respect the time of our providers and ensure appointment availability for all patients.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed (no-show) appointments, will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
This policy applies to all scheduled appointments, including new patient visits.
Our focus is always on patient care and well-being. Fees are not applicable to those who are sick or an emergency.
By scheduling an appointment with our office, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy, which is also outlined in our New Patient Confirmation Email and Registration Form.
